Mr. Victor Nian graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2007. Victor was among the first batch of students embarked on the Minor in Management of Technology, which has been turned into a Bachlor program by the faculty. Upon graduation, he firstly went to the Nanyang Technological University as a technology transfer officer. Later, he moved on to Toshiba as an electrical design engineer for computer motherboards. After much deliberation, he decided to leave the industry in the pursuit of his academic interest in energy research. Under the supervision and mentorship of Professor S.K. Chou, Victor is now pursuing a Ph. D program back with NUS to research in the area of energy analysis for sustainable development.
